- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reasons we must be informed in writing via e-mail.

- Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows

- 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid for group Bookings)

- 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour/service taken

- 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival -50% of the tour/service taken

- 15 days prior to check-in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).

- Check In-Out at 12:00 noon (Early check-in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only 

Note – In Peak Season above policy will not be applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking will be provided upon receipt of full payment or as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Payment: Full payment or a specified deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment deadlines and methods will be communicated upon booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance, are valid and obtained before travel. The travel agency will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the traveler's failure to obtain proper documentation.

5. Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to undertake the journey. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the travel agency before booking. The travel agency reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler deemed unfit for the journey.

6. Itinerary Changes: The travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or any other events beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be made to ensure a similar experience whenever possible.

7. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. The travel agency will not be liable for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

8. Responsibility: The travel agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While every effort is made to ensure the quality of services provided, the travel agency shall not be held responsible for any shortcomings or disputes between travelers and service providers.

9. Liability Waiver: Travelers participate in the journey at their own risk. The travel agency shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or theft.

10. Force Majeure: The travel agency shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as acts of God, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
